Sodexo is seeking a full time or part time Registered Dietitian for Kalkaska Memorial Health Center located in Kalkaska, MI. Kalkaska Memorial is a community non-profit health center that serves the greater Kalkaska County region with a wide variety of care options not often found in a small community, they pride themselves on providing more than is expected.
No weekends, no holidays, flexible schedule.

The successful candidate will:
- provide nutritional care for acute care, long term care and short-term rehab patients and residents;
- perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays; and
- educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.

- Registered Dietitian credentials and be licensed in MI;
- previous long term care experience a plus;
- strong verbal and written communication skills;
- good time management skills be a self-starter and a team player; and/or
- the ability to work well with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) (Note: For those seeking registration after 2023, a master's degree will be required)
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years experienced practitioner able to work with minimal supervision
Credentials Requirement:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
- Specialty credential in area(s) of focused practice, as applicable, or advanced practice certification (RD-AP/RDN-AP)
