This position requires a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, strong organizational skills and accounting proficiency.
Punctuality and reliability are a must for this position.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Break down deals Reconcile accounting schedules Send contracts to Financial Institutions Payoff vehicles Dealer trades Cash Receipting Stock in inventory Daily Deposits Reconcile Cash Sales Data entry Filing Completing Service Orders Accounts Payable & Receivable Enter Sales in Sage 50 Payroll
Qualifications:
