Customer Service Representative

Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will deliver the highest level of quality service to the customer. Receives and responds to routine customer calls, inquires, requests, and complaints.
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner.
Duties Include:
Responding to communication in regards to service, billing questions, cancellations, pricing, and equipment issues.
Return all internal/external calls, emails, etc in a timely manner to ensure that customer concerns are handled and resolved in a timely and complete manner.
Data Entry for billing and scheduling purposes.
Logging all interactions into system.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Customer Service or Call Center Experience
Strong computer skills
Time Management and Prioritization
Good communication and effective listening skills
Quick learner
Strong written and verbal communication.
Self-started
Trustworthy and helpful

Holiday Pay - Six paid holidays per year are paid to employees who have completed 960 hours of work for Kelly in the 26 weeks preceding the holiday and have worked 30 hours in the previous week.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
